TERMS OF USE
Terms of Use
Effective September 2, 2026
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and ParseSight and govern your purchase and use of the ParseSight website, desktop application, license key, and related services. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using ParseSight, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
Product and eligibility
ParseSight is a screen-only OCR combat parser for supported 64-bit Windows systems. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and must provide accurate information when purchasing or requesting support. ParseSight is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the developers or rights holders of any game referenced for compatibility.
Purchase and payment
Prices and currency are shown at checkout. PayPal processes payment and may apply its own terms, policies, taxes, currency conversion, or payment restrictions. A purchase is complete when payment is captured and ParseSight issues your license. We send the license key and a private device-management link to the email address supplied by PayPal. You are responsible for keeping those details confidential.
License grant
Subject to these terms and successful payment, ParseSight grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application on one computer that you own or control. The license is lifetime for the purchased version and includes application updates that ParseSight chooses to make available for that license.
You may deactivate your active computer through the private management link and activate the license on another computer. The device limit is one active computer at a time. We may require reasonable verification if activation activity indicates fraud or abuse.
Restrictions
You may not resell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, publish, share, or commercially host the application or license key; copy or modify the application except where applicable law permits; reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent its licensing or security controls; use another person's license; or use ParseSight to violate a game's rules, another person's rights, or applicable law. You remain responsible for the screen content you capture and the trigger packs or other files you create or share.
Refunds
Because ParseSight is a downloadable digital product and a license key is issued immediately after purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, failure to review system requirements, or dissatisfaction with OCR results. Exceptions may be made for duplicate charges, failure to deliver a valid license, or a verified technical defect that prevents the software from functioning and cannot be resolved. This policy does not limit any rights required by applicable law.
Updates and support
We may release fixes, updates, or compatibility changes, but we do not promise a particular release schedule or continued compatibility with every game, Windows version, GPU driver, display configuration, or third-party service. Support is provided by email at admin@parsesight.com. We may suspend or revoke a license for a refund, payment reversal, fraud, material breach of these terms, or attempted circumvention of the activation system.
Intellectual property
ParseSight and its software, branding, documentation, and original content are owned by ParseSight or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant a limited license only; they do not transfer ownership. You retain rights in original trigger packs and other content you create, subject to any third-party rights in that content.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParseSight is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that OCR results, metrics, alerts, timers, exports, or compatibility will be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. Do not rely on ParseSight for safety-critical, financial, or other high-consequence decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParseSight will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or access to a game. Our total liability arising from the product or these terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected license during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and general terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms and the purchase transaction form the entire agreement about ParseSight and replace prior statements about the same subject.
